#SCOOBY Doo Dog Where Are U 18" Party Clear Foil Balloon
- This is for (1) Happy Birthday Round 18" Scooby Doo Mylar Balloon as pictured.
- It is double sided, the same picture appears on both sides.
It is printed with "Scooby Doo, Where Are You", and has colorful shiny metallic inks of Scooby Doo, on a clear background, so when inflated will appear 3D as the character appears to jump off the balloon, a very cool effect.They are not filled, you can fill at your local store, or rent a helium tank from your local party store or welding company. You can also air fill it and tape to the wall or attach balloon sticks. Please note that mylar balloons last about 1-2 weeks when filled.  |
